Our Pilates classes are led by Pelvic Health Physios who are trained in exercise for pregnancy, post-natal and pelvic floor safe options. This means you can confidently join knowing there will always be an option that will suit you.

No prior Pilates experience needed! These classes are designed for all stages of pregnancy and post-partum and all exercises have a range of options so you can work at the level that feels best for you.

Our small group classes have a maximum size of 8, so bookings are essential. Follow these steps to get set up:

Classes run continuously, so you can start and stop when suits during your pregnancy and beyond. We know that its hard to fit babies into “terms”!

Congratulations on your new arrival - what an exciting time for you and your family! After pregnancy and birth your recovery is important for your own and your baby's health. Starting exercise in a safe, supportive environment is the perfect way to get active knowing your are helping your body to recover in the best way possible.

Research strongly supports starting with the right exercises after Pregnancy, to help you rebuild strength and fitness. Some of the many benefits include:

Pregnancy exercise

Congratulations on your pregnancy! During this time there are so many reasons to stay active, optimising your own and your baby’s health.

It can be challenging to stay active if you have low energy, pain or are unsure what is safe. The research strongly supports the many benefits of regular exercise during your pregnancy including:

  • Reduced pelvic, back and neck pain

  • Reduced risk of gestational diabetes, pre-eclampsia and pre-term labour by 40%

  • Increase and maintain strength and fitness

It is important to check with your Midwife, GP or Obstetrician first to see if you have any risks which may limit your exercise ability.


Yoga Class

Yoga class

This class offers gentle Hatha Vinyasa Yoga that begins with regulating the nervous system via breathwork, followed by a dynamic asana sequence intended to bring ease, strength and stability to the body and ending with a restorative guided Yoga Nidra. 

All ages and abilities are welcome however the classes will be tailored more to suit those looking for a slower practise that is focused on soothing the nervous system, finding adjustments and techniques that suit your body’s particular needs and mindful muscle strengthening and relaxation.

There are many benefits to yoga at any stages of life. These include
