Celia was welcomed to the DediKate team in 2022 as their Pelvic Health Physiotherapist.

As part of DediKate, Celia’s role is to provide up to date Pelvic Health information and support the trainers to continue to provide the amazing range of exercise programs. This supports women at all ages feel confident to be active and feel good in their bodies!

Now available on DediKate:

  • Postnatal Core Connect series, this is for post-natal strength and recovery for the whole body designed and featuring Celia

  • Pregnancy and Postpartum workouts with Celia, Kate and Anna! There are now 24 workouts available that you can do during pregnancy, postpartum or returning to exercise after injury/starting out

  • Integrating telehealth services for DediKate members (as well as any other people who need them!) with the goal of breaking down the barriers that many women have in seeing a pelvic health physio, especially our rural and regional women!
