Elevate Physio is committed to helping the community. We provide one person, who would otherwise be unable to attend Physio, with a free Pelvic Physio initial appointment per month. To apply for yourself, or nominate someone on their behalf contact us.
If you would like to pay it forward yourself you can donate an appointment or classes to a family member, friend or pay it forward to someone in need. If you are interested in doing this, thank you for your generosity - please contact us for details.
Elevate Physio rates
Elevate Physio has different pricing for appointments, depending on the Physio you see. Our tier system means that you can access the Physio that best suits your needs, and finances.
Tier 1: Pelvic Physios bring a wealth of knowledge from their all round Physio experience to pelvic health. They can help you with most conditions and have support from Senior and Advanced Physios for ongoing training - so you can be sure they can provide you with high quality treatment for incontinence, prolapse, pre and post-surgical management, pregnancy, post-partum, abdominal separation and return to exercise.
Tier 2: Senior Physio’s have been practicing pelvic Physio for over 3 years and have completed additional training to our Pelvic Physios including advanced pain management for pain with sex, endometriosis, bladder or bowel pain, mastitis care, menopause and high level sport.
Tier 3: These Physios have completed more advanced training and have been practicing pelvic health Physiotherapy for over 5 years. So you can be sure they can help with more complex concerns including persistent pain management, pessary fitting, abdominal pain, integrative care with the Nelson Pain Clinic, Cancer Society and other local providers.

Pelvic Health WOF
This shorter initial appointment option is great if you aren’t currently experiencing symptoms, but want to start improving your current pelvic health and prevention symptoms in the future. Recommended for anyone who has been pregnant or had a baby (no matter how long ago it was!).

Telehealth Appointment
Online private or ACC appointment to address any pelvic health concerns. This is a great option if you live out of town or are having difficulty getting to an appointment. We can then discuss a clinic appointment for additional assessment if needed, or referral to a Pelvic Health Physio who may live closer to you. Currently only available for appointments with Tier 3 Pelvic Health Physiotherapists. Book Online
