We're excited to be expanding our class offerings from July 2026 with more pelvic physiotherapist-led group classes designed to support you through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and pelvic floor rehabilitation.

About our classes

Our group classes are led by Pelvic Health Physios who are trained in exercise for pregnancy, post-natal and pelvic floor variety. This means you can confidently join knowing there will always be an option that will suit you.

No prior exercise experience needed! These classes are designed for all stages of pregnancy and post-partum, and all exercises have a range of options so you can work at the level that feels best for you.

Our small group classes have a maximum size of 8, so bookings are essential. Follow these steps to get set up:

Classes run continuously, so you can start and stop when suits during your pregnancy and beyond. We know that its hard to fit babies into “terms”.

Congratulations on your new arrival - what an exciting time for you and your family! After pregnancy and birth your recovery is important for your own and your baby's health. Starting exercise in a safe, supportive environment is the perfect way to get active knowing your are helping your body to recover in the best way possible.

Congratulations on your pregnancy! During this time there are so many reasons to stay active, optimising your own and your baby’s health.

It can be challenging to stay active if you have low energy, pain or are unsure what is safe. The research strongly supports the many benefits of regular exercise during your pregnancy including:

  • Reduced risk of gestational diabetes, pre-eclampsia and pre-term labour by 40%

  • Increase and maintain strength and fitness

It is important to check with your Midwife, GP or Obstetrician first to see if you have any risks which may limit your exercise ability.


Core & Floor

Whether you're managing pelvic floor symptoms, navigating peri/menopause, recovering from gynae surgery, or wanting to build a stronger foundation for movement, our Core & Floor classes are designed to help you help you return to the activities you love with confidence.

These small-group classes are led by a pelvic health physiotherapist and focus on improving pelvic floor function through whole-body strength training, breathing, mobility, and core rehabilitation in a supportive and welcoming environment.

Research shows that targeted strength and exercise programmes can help:

  • Improve pelvic floor muscle function

  • Reduce bladder leakage and urgency symptoms

  • Improve prolapse symptom management

  • Build core strength and stability

  • Improve balance, mobility, and confidence with movement

  • Support healthy bone density and muscle mass

  • Reduce aches and pains associated with everyday activities

  • Improve posture and body awareness

  • Increase strength for lifting, exercise, work, and daily life

  • Support recovery and return to activities you enjoy

Classes are kept small to allow for individual guidance, exercise modifications, and progression based on your goals and ability.
