Office Administrator - hiring now!
We’re looking for a warm, organised, and proactive Office Administrator to be the friendly first point of contact for our clients and support our clinical team.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, clear systems, and being part of a close-knit team that genuinely cares.
You’ll be responsible for:
Greeting clients and managing bookings
Coordinating clinic admin and communication
Supporting the team to keep our days running smoothly
Hours: Part-time role, approximately 10 per week, based at our beautiful Hardy Street clinic.
Start date: flexible, we’re keen to find the right fit.
